Itenerary
Meet and assist by Parikrama Treks representative. Transfer to Hotel. In the afternoon, a short briefing about Adventure Riding Upper Mustang.Today we will visit some of the UNESCO World Heritage sites of Kathmandu Valley. During this time our representative will get the special permits for your tour.After breakfast, we negotiate the traffic out of Kathmandu city and ride out of the valley. Pokhara is a vacationerâs paradise with its crystal-clear lakes. It also has fantastic views of the Annapurna range including the Fish Tail Mountain.Unpaved, the graveled rough road is a real challenge for today. Occasional river crossings make it more difficult. We ascend to Ghasa 2012 m and continue the ride on a dusty road. Today is one of the difficult sections of the road towards Kalopani.Ride through dusty graveled âoffâ road passing smaller settlements and apple orchards. From here we continue to ride through the village, past the High Mountain Warfare School. Later hike up to the Muktinath temple.As we ride on we will come to the small village settlement knows as Tangbe. A couple of houses and tea houses for the trekkers and travelers are available. As we pass through the Tangbe village, we will come to another human settlement known as Chele. Later we will reach Ghami.Today road is a bit confusing as one will encounter lots of tracks on the same hill. One can take any as all leads to Lo Manthang. Tiji Festival starting day.Today you will ride to the Kora La border of Nepal and Tibet China. The second day of the Tiji Festival.After breakfast ride to Kagbeni via the same trail from where we went to Lo Manthang. Third-day of Tiji Festival.Enroute visit Marpha Village. âTatoâ means âhotâ and âPaniâ means âwaterâ. A name earned courtesy of the hot springs and is a popular place for trekkers. Trekkers take a dip and relax their weary bodies in the natural hot springs.After breakfast retrace the route till Pokhara.After breakfast ride towards Kathmandu.Early in the morning, you can enjoy the scenic mountain flight to Everest. You can enjoy the majestic view of Everest and its panoramic views. The rest of the day is free to relax or buy souvenirs.Adventure Riding Upper Mustang Journey Ends.Videos
